PESG goes beyond providing ordinary employee contracting services and generic plan designs. Our team focuses on designing customized educational staffing solutions to provide efficiencies, new technology, and collaborative services to save schools budgetary dollars and improve their bottom line.
To provide efficiencies and savings to school districts through a collaborative approach of third party contracted substitute teachers or educational staff.
Contracting Process Design
PESG’s contracting process was designed with the constructive help of school district employees who were empanelled for six months to design a multiple county consortium for substitute management services. We give thanks and credit to these ISD and district employees for dedicating their time and energy to help create PESG and the PESG contracting process.
Efficiencies and Savings
The specific approach and objective of PESG is to bring true "value-added" to the district for substitute contracting that actually creates efficiencies and saves a significant percentage of the quantifiable cost of the current district payroll. PESG uniquely partners with the School District and/or ISD/RESA/ESA (who is already offering much of the hiring, screening, and dispatching of substitutes) to bring a much less expensive and more streamlined process to the district.
