Consolidated Services Model
PESG partners with over 25 ISD’s, RESA’s and ESA’s to provide a consolidated substitute services model. Neighboring school districts come together in a consortium lead by the ISD/ESA, thus the rule of large numbers creates efficiencies and savings for each district and the ISD/ESA. Through this model the size of the substitute pool increases dramatically and fills rates increase. Substitute training (Professional Development) in dramatically improved through one advanced training program. Substitute screening, tracking, employee files and specific classroom placement is precise and archived on one database. Most importantly a Consolidated Services Model creates efficiencies for all of the participating members as they are no longer required to create payroll, provide any HR related services or manage a substitute dispatching system.
