How does the process work?

Communication, communication, communication. PESG will meet with the ISD/ESA, Business and HR departments, the Superintendents to discuss all aspects of the process. PESG will then conduct and A to Z Process Meeting that will lay all the specifics of time lines, requirements, screening, payroll and communication.

Who manages the substitute?

PESG assigns a district “Site Manager” and works in cooperation with the district. The site manager will communicate any discipline concerns to PESG through a Substitute Incident Report Form and Workers Comp issues via a W.C. Narrative Form. PESG will take over from there and keep the district “Site Manager” in the communication loop. Ex.. A foreman at a factory would report any contracted employee challenges, concerns or positive performance to ManPower.
