The Subpass Portal is an online tool for existing PESG Clients. Clients will have access to detailed reports, substitute information such as employment status and endorsement information, and detailed contact information for PESG staff. Access to this portal is secured using the highest level of encryption available so user can browse with confidence.

Each district is given a unique District Code and Pin combination. For existing clients that have not received this information please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and someone will assist you.

Using the District Code and Pin combination provided by PESG will allow users to create personal logins for individuals within the district. The unique District Code and Pin provided by PESG is only used to create logins, not to access the portal.

In order to create an account a unique Username and Password is required. The password must be 8 characters, contain capital and lowercase letters, and at least one special character or number.

Entering the user's first name, last name and email is solely for PESG, and is used only to contact users in case of system maintenance or to respond to a submitted request.

The district codes section refers to the District Code and Pin submitted from PESG.

Once a user account has been created, the user can log into the portal using two separate locations. First by visiting reports.subpass.com. Second by using the login box on the front page of http://www.contractsubs.com.
