The IT staff at PESG has developed an in-house application that is the controlling entity for all PESG information, such as:

• Payroll Information
• AESOP Uploads
• District Driven Reports

Having developed the application in-house, our staff has complete control over the application and the information stored in our database. Having the ability to customize the application to each districts specific needs is one of many benefits the database application has to offer.

To become a substitute with PESG, applicants can complete the application process at http://enroll.subpass.com. During this very short enrollment process, applicants can choose districts, subtypes, and pick a meeting to attend. Once the applicant has completed all requirements, their information is imported directly into our database and into AESOP once they have been approved. This process helps applicants become working substitutes as quickly as possible.

PESG is excited to launch a brand new, completely redesigned “Reports” website in the spring of 2009. This website gives our clients the ability to:

• Get Individual Substitute Information.
• Run and Save Fully Customizable Reports.
• Run all new “Quick Queries” with a single click of a button.
• Open Saved Reports.
• Retrieve “Quick Facts” about substitutes.
• View and Print Administrative Forms.
• View Directories for Districts and PESG.
• Plus many more options.

The database for the new website is updated frequently to provide the most accurate information for our client’s reports. These reports will produce in Excel and PDF format. When launched, the all-new reports website will be available at http://reports.contractsubs.com.
